This sparkling dry wine is elaborated with specials rules. Handed harvest, press and vinified at low temperatures in order to protect the aromas. It is finally vinified by an “elaborateur” who will made the last fermentation in bottle in a cellar.
Subtile pale yellow robe with fine and light bubbles. Note of white fruits explosing in mouth. It could be serve in apperitive (nature or with a drop of red fruit liquor, as we called in France: Kir) or for dessert at the end of your dinner. Serve and drink fresh.
