Vinification
Sparkling wine is produced by the traditional method. It is aged for 15 months on lees in a bottle.
Tasting notes
Light golden color. A delightful bright elegant fragrance with hints of citrus and white flowers. The taste is clean, rounded, rich, with a pleasant texture and fresh notes of citrus. Quite a long soft aftertaste.
