In stainless steel vats. The single plot is vinified separately using the most modern techniques techniques, but in the pure Bordeaux tradition.
Wine aging
Barrel ageing: 50% new barrels, 50% one-wine barrels.
Vintage details
As much as the winegrower was battered throughout 2014, the winemaker was pleased with the sweet grapes with good fruit flavours and phenolic structure. The 2014 Archange is certainly a fine vintage typified by the expression of Merlot miraculous by the "Indian summer".
