Harvesting is carried out only when the berries reach optimal ripeness. At the winery, the fruits are immediately pressed and vinified. Fermentation is carried out at a temperature of 17-19 ° C and lasts 7 days.
It is not meant to be stored for a long time and is recommended to be consumed young or within the next two years after bottling.
The wine is clear, pale yellow with a greenish sheen. The aroma is very expressive with notes of white flowers, pineapple, excellent balance, with notes of lemon and grapefruit, tropical fruits and mineral tones. The taste is round, pleasant.
