The average age of the vines is 50 years, grown on clay-lime soil.
Natural fermentation with natural yeast takes place in oak barrels without temperature control.
After spontaneous malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (20% new).

The wine has an attractive golden-straw color with lemon reflections. The wine has a perfectly balanced, elegant, noble taste with intense notes of white orchard and exotic fruits, crisp acidity and a seductive aftertaste with hints of almond and vanilla. Exquisite aroma of wine is represented by a harmonious interweaving of shades of mango, passion fruit, honeysuckle, lemon and minerals.
