The vines grow on clay-marl soils of the Arbois appellation at an altitude of 230-260 meters above sea level. The average age of the vines is 25-30 years Harvesting is done by hand.
Fermentation of the must takes place in oak barrels, the fermentation temperature is not controlled.
After spontaneous malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 22 months in old French oak barrels.
Wine storage potential is 3-7 years.
The wine is golden yellow. The taste of wine is juicy, mineral, complex, with an elegant structure, hints of honeysuckle, apricot, peach, yellow apple, butter and a long, refreshing aftertaste. The wine has a fresh aroma with hints of lemon, grapefruit, green pear and notes of beeswax.
