Fermentation with natural yeast is carried out in French oak barrels without temperature control.
Exposure takes place in oak barrels, of which 60% are new, for 18-22 months.
Storage potential-10-12 years.
The wine has a light golden color. The wine has a clean, soft taste with a silky texture, fruity-mineral hints and subtle acidity in a long aftertaste. Expressive, harmonious aroma of wine reveals hints of citrus and tropical fruits, almonds, herbs and spring flowers.
