The vines grow in a tiny 0.35 hectare vineyard with marl soils, located in the Arbois appellation at an altitude of 260 meters above sea level. The average age of the vines is 60 years.
Harvesting is done by hand. Fermentation of the must takes place in oak barrels, the fermentation temperature is not controlled.
After spontaneous malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in old French oak barrels.
Storage potential-3-5 years.
Wine of golden-lemon color. Balanced, refreshing, rounded taste of wine combines tones of apricot, peach and lemon with salty mineral hues. Notes of tropical fruits appear in the refined aftertaste. In an elegant, fresh, delicate aroma of wine, delicate notes of apricot, peach and nectarine are intertwined with hints of citrus fruits, white flowers and spices.
