The grapes are carefully sorted, followed by a pre-fermentation cold maceration of 5 to 6 days. The post-fermentation maceration lasts about three weeks. The malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels at a controlled temperature.

The wine has a red-garnet color. The taste of the wine is refined, generous, with a velvety texture, a fruity core and soft tannins in a long finish. The wine attracts with a rich aroma, in which, like a symphony, notes of ripe black fruits, spices, undergrowth, cedar and balsamic intertwine.
