Description

Viticulture

The plot, the soil is composed of pebbles, clay and limestone, has a southeast exposure and a cool but sunny climate. The vineyard apply only organic methods of cultivation. The average age of the vines is 45 years.

Vinification

In these capacities, and the process of fermentation, which begins immediately inside the refrigerated fruits and runs for 3.5 weeks with natural yeast. After the end of fermentation, the wine passes partially malolactic fermentation.

Wine aging

On fine lees for 16 months, while the ambient temperature is between 12-14 ° C.

Tasting notes

Wine of intense cherry red color. The taste of wine is fresh, juicy, but rigorous, with good structure, tones of small red and black fruit, rosewood and wild flowers. Fresh, generous aroma of wine connects brackish mineral notes, nuances of small red and black fruit, fragrant floral touches (roses, wildflowers) and musk nuances.
