The soils of the region are characterized by a high content of limestone. The crop is harvested when the berries reach the optimum level of ripeness.
Upon arrival at the winery, the fruits are immediately pressed and vinified. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 15–17 °C.
Wine storage potential is 2-3 years.
The wine has an attractive pomegranate color. The taste of the wine is soft, generous, round, harmonious, with a silky texture and a long fruity aftertaste. The aroma of the wine is filled with an abundance of tones of small red berries and subtle spicy nuances.
