The wine is made from grapes grown in a 1.5-hectare vineyard with clay-lime soil and oriental exposure. The age of the vines ranges from 30 to 48 years.
Harvested by hand from 26 to 30 September, carefully selected and sorted.
After fermentation with native yeast and malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels (20% new) for at least 12 months and bottled without fining and with light filtration.
Storage potential-10-12 years.
Wine of intense ruby color with purple reflections. The taste of wine is elegant, balanced, with a clear tannin structure, attractive notes of candied berries, balsamic and spices, developing in a stable, voluminous aftertaste. Exquisite aroma of wine is filled with luxurious shades of dark berries and fruits (cherries, blackcurrants), moist earth, spicy spices and herbs.
