Tasting notes

Champagne golden yellow with greenish highlights and lively, delicate perlage. It has a refined, rounded taste with a delicate texture, a good balance between minerality and fruity tones (ripe apple, nectarine and citrus). By the end, nuances of almonds and bergamot appear. In the deep aroma of champagne, shades of candied citrus fruits are mixed with tones of white peach, Granny Smith apple, ginger and lime flowers.
