Grape vines are grown on calcareous-clay soils.
After careful sorting and soft pressing, the grapes are subjected to cold maceration at a temperature of 10-15 °C. Then the juice is separated from the pulp and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 to 18 °C.
The wine is aged in the same steel vats with weekly sediment stirring.
Storage potential: 2-4 years.
The wine has a light yellow-green color with silvery reflections. The wine has an incredibly fresh and complex taste, with delicate notes of lime, white apple and mango, well-balanced acidity and persistent, mineral, salty aftertaste. Delicate aroma of wine is very well balanced, it reveals hints of white flowers and pink grapefruit.
