Grapes harvested at night in perfect ripeness. The first juices are decanted and fermented at low temperatures.
Tasting notes
Black cherry color with dark purple reflections. Concentrated fruity notes of black and red currants, blackberries. Soft woody notes with hints of pepper and licorice. Powerful and well-balanced taste with a fresh aftertaste with hints of mint.
