Description
Viticulture
Vineyard commitment: conversion to organic farming Terroir: Sandy-silt soil, double Guyot pruning (arcure). Our planting density is 6500 vines/ha. The yield is 70 hl/ha. The vines are on average 100 years old.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts - malolactic fermentation. Vinification without SO²: only added at bottling if necessary. No inputs during vinification.
Wine aging
Maturing on lees for 5 months in stainless steel tanks
Tasting notes
