It matures in vineyards located on clay-calcareous soils in the southernmost part of the Loire.
Fermentation at 14-16C with aging on the lees to increase the density and saturation of the wine.
Pale yellow color with light green hues. The aroma is bright, with a predominance of floral notes, hints of boxwood, elderberry, as well as exotic fruits and citrus fruits. The taste is fresh, with crisp acidity, voluminous, fruity on the palate.
