Description
Viticulture
The vineyard is located on a plain of Quaternary alluvial deposits with good water supply, with clay-limestone soils in valley of the Hérault.
Vinification
After pressing in an inert atmosphere, fermentation takes place the wort is produced in a completely sealed environment and at low temperature (16°C) to preserve freshness and delicate aromas.
Tasting notes
Lovely light colour. Nose of violets, citrus and peach blossom. The aromatic power of the Syrah blends perfectly with the sweet fruity and floral notes of the Grenache.
