Vinification
The fermentation of the must takes place in absolutely hermetic environment and at low temperature - 16°C.
Tasting notes
Nice light color. Nose of violets, citrus and peach colour. Aromatic Power of Syrah perfectly combined with the sweet fruity and floral notes of Grenache.
