The grapes are grown on clay-limestone soils and marls.
Vinification by the traditional method with a two-week maceration. The extraction is carried out carefully throughout the fermentation process, which takes place at a temperature of 28°C.
This is a beautiful raspberry wine with deep purple hues. Its scent is complex, full and intelligent, offering aromas of small berries into the nose - as if they were lightly cooked - and outstanding smell of pepper and cinnamon. You can also catch chocolate notes. A simple, rounded attack on the palate changes rich taste with mature tannins. Its dense end-resistance, slightly mentholized, ultimately reveals the taste of spices and chocolate.
