Fruit pressing takes place at the lowest possible temperature. The resulting juice is stored in the cold. Fermentation takes place at low temperature in stainless steel vats. Before bottling, it is kept on fine lees without oxygen.
The wine has a bright pink color with a salmon hue. The taste of wine is very elegant, feminine, refreshing and lively, with an abundance of notes of citrus and exotic fruits, red berries. Expressive acidity guarantees persistence of the aftertaste. The fresh aroma of wine solo notes of red currant and citrus fruits, complemented by hints of white flowers.
