Viticulture
This wine comes from a vineyard situated in Saint-Vincent-de-Pertignas in the Entre-deux-Mers. The vineyards are located on an excellent soil which gives fine, delicate, elegant wine, with a great aromatic complexity.
Vinification
Our techniques of wine making associate the most modern processes and the respect of a certain tradition of Bordeaux. We start by cold maceration, then a fermentation occur in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats with a low temperature to keep all the freshness and the fruity of the wine.
Wine aging
After going through the malolactic fermentation, in concrete vat.

Excellent year. Yummy wine.
Tasting notes
Beautiful dark red color. Round and powerfull in the mouth. Pleasant finish, long and harmonious with spicy notes. At nose, flowery and fruity smells.
