Fermentation occurs in vats thermo regulated in stainless steel.
The wine ages in oak barrels for 12 months (60% French oak, 40% American oak from two wines).
To the eye: Merlot and cabernet sauvignon blending gives a ruby dark red wine. To the nose: Vegetal notes by sniffing. To the palate: In the mouth, typical fruits as black currants and plums associated with spicy notes.
