Viticulture
Clay - limestone and gravel 43 hectares
Vinification
To the eye : dark ruby red color, reflections of youth. To the nose : Nose of black and red fruits, notes of vanilla and mushroom. To the palate : Intense, rich, woody attack on the palate, tannins present but the finish is fluid and refreshing. Serve on grills.
Wine aging
After going through the malolactic fermentation, the maceration before fermentation, and micro-oxygenation under pomace, the wine ages in oak barrels for 12 months (10% new barrels, 60% in barrels used once, 30% in barrels used twice).
