Vinification takes place in the traditional method used for red grapes, followed by maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature. The berries are delicately pressed in such a way as to preserve the anthocyanins that affect the color saturation.
The wine has a beautiful ruby red color with garnet reflections. The wine conquers with a fresh and refined taste, with an excellent balance of acidity and tannins, notes of ripe berries, fruits, forest flowers, white pepper and cloves. The aftertaste is lively and pleasant. The wine captivates with a complex and multifaceted aroma, which harmoniously intertwines shades of strawberries and cherries, complemented by herbal, floral and subtle spicy nuances.
