This wine of France made from Abouriou grapes that are destined uniquely for the IALACH wine, has a pronounced garnet red color with ruby highlights, generous cooked red fruit aromas. On the nose as well as more subtle spicy notes. The mouth feel is well structured with mineral notes. The tannins are rounded and smoothed out, and the finish is generous and long, a great wine. This wine pairs perfectly with red meat. It also accompanies grilled red meat, fillet of beef, tournedos, wild boar stew, venison.
