Matured on traditional Nantes lees in underground tanks in the cellar, the lees are agitated regularly. The wine is bottled 7 to 14 months after the harvest depending on the type of wine being made.
Cellaring : Can be kept for several years.
This wine is remarkable due to its gold color with bright highlights. The nose is both aromatic and mineral with light aromas of acacia and white flowers. The mouth is distinguished, fruity and generous with a smooth and lengthy finish.
