Tasting notes
This wine of France is made from both Gamay and Cabernet Franc grapes that are destined uniquely or the IALACH wines. The color is very pale salmon pink. The nose has subtle aromas of white flowers and orange blossom. The mouth is delicate and fruity, but very typical, it is supple and has a long finish. This wine pairs perfectly with your starters, chicken vol au vents, stuffed snails, mussels, oysters and stuffed clams. Quiche Loraine, vegetable tarts…
