Malolactic fermentation. Maturing on slats: 42 months.
Tasting notes
Appearance: pale cherry of medium intensity, fine and elegant bubbles, with a regular and persistent bubble train. Nose: notes of currants and blackcurrants. Mouth: harmonious and balanced, fine and elegant bubbles, moderate acidity. The finish is thirst-quenching with grapfruit notes.
