Direct pressurization followed by a 6-day cold stall (approx.6°C) to gain aromatic intensity. Settling then rising to autonomous temperature. Alcoholic fermentation in a thermo-regulated tank (between 16-18°C). Maturing on fine lees, gluing, filtration then bottling by us at the property.
Very beautiful pale pink petal. Fine and delicate nose, red fruits, giving way to citrus after aeration. Mouth full and greedy, delicate pulp. A balanced and delicate wine.
