Tasting notes
To the eye: Beautiful golden robe, old gold. In the nose: Engaging nose evoking fruit, ripe apple, yellow peach, dry fruit, apricot, toasted almond. In the mouth: Generous and fleshy in the mouth, a full-bodied, fragrant brut, showing a pleasant rusticity. Good length in the mouth, typical of Pinot Noir. Food pairing: For your aperitifs, poultry, veal, tagine, puff pastry, hard cheese.
