Alluvial-gravel soils.
Harvesting is carried out after the full ripening of the berries. The production process takes place according to the classical methods of winemaking in Alsace. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 12 months.
Storage potential-4-6 years.
The wine is straw-yellow in color with lemon sparks. The wine has a pleasant, refreshing, harmonious, bright, balanced, drinkable taste of medium intensity with dominant hints of ripe melon, lemon and peach, lively acidity and a long aftertaste with fine acidity. Fresh and elegant aroma of wine envelops notes of ripe stone fruit and citrus fruits. Dry mineral tones harmoniously complement and complete the aromatic composition.
