The vines grow on clay-calcareous soils.
The grapes are harvested by hand and passed through a pneumatic press. Natural fermentation with wild yeast takes place in oak barrels without temperature control.
The field of spontaneous malolactic fermentation wine is aged for 18 months in old French oak barrels.

The wine has an attractive, brilliant light golden color. The wine has a fresh, very harmonious, lively taste with a good balance between fruit and wood components, crisp acidity, fine minerality, creamy texture and a long finish with nutty-spicy nuances. The complex aroma of wine is woven with multifaceted shades of stone fruit and citrus fruits, herbs and minerals, framed by subtle nuances of spices and well-integrated woody notes.
