When making wine, direct pressing, fermentation, spontaneous malolactic fermentation are used.

Aging in old Burgundy barrels.

The 2019 vintage will peak in 2021-2027.
Tasting notes
The wine has an attractive golden color. The wine has a clean, fresh, perfectly balanced taste with a smooth texture, fruity-citrus hints and subtle acidity in a seductive aftertaste. The intense aroma of wine is woven from notes of baked apple, Mirabell plum, quince, juicy citrus fruits, flower honey and minerals.
