This crémant rosé, composed mainly of Chardonnay and completed with Chenin and Pinot Noir, obviously has a raspberry color. Aromas of pomelo, fresh apricot and vineyard peach. The red fruits are revealed more in the mouth. It is full, fresh and creamy at the same time and has a nice length. Food and wine pairing: shellfish, salmon, deserts.
