Parcels located on the northern slope of the lesser Luberon range, down to the southern end of the Calavon river. Primarily sandy-clay soils.
Vinification
Night harvest, direct-pressing.
Wine aging
Low-temperature fermentation (13°C) in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the aromas.
Tasting notes
Bright robe with silver tints. Intense and aromatic bouquet with notes of peach and rose. Fresh hints of citrus and exotic fruits on the palate.
