Vinification
Direct-pressing.
Wine aging
Low-temperature fermentation (13°C) in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks to maintain the freshness of the aromas.
Tasting notes
Bright robe with gold tints. Pleasant nose of green and yellow lemon. A dry wine with lovely freshness of citrus aroma on the palate and a mineral final.
