Description

Viticulture

Soil vineyards - gravel containing sand, with good drainage. The average age of the vines - 25 years.

Vinification

The selected fruits are pressed, the resulting must is kept in the cold, after which the juice is fermented in oak barrels, 30% new.

Wine aging

Excerpt wine lasts 16 months and takes place in oak barrels (35% of new barrels) with regular batonnage.

Tasting notes

The wine is golden yellow. The taste of wine is serious, powerful, full, dense, well-structured, energetic and concentrated, with excellent tension, oily polished texture, invigorating acidity, juicy citrus notes, hints of white peach, clear minerality, background oak nuances and a long aftertaste. The wine shows a luxurious aroma with floral notes, which are replaced by hints of crushed stone, golden apple, white peach, straw and generous citrus nuances.
