Vinification
Macerated for 14 to 18 days with de-stemmed grapes, the objective for this wine is fresh red fruit, roundness and complexity in the mouth.
Tasting notes
A fruity, peppery wine. Red fruit compote with a hint of violet (typical of Syrah). In mouth we have a crescendo attack, round and then acidity. The tannins are melted which counterbalances the acidity.
