Exposure of wine in oak barrels (30% new) lasts at least 12 months.
Wine storage capacity exceeds 10 years.
The wine is golden in color with lemon highlights. The wine shows a rounded, delicate, balanced taste with citrus and mineral hints, lively acidity and a long, harmonious aftertaste. Restrained, harmonious aroma of wine reveals hints of apple, lemon curd, baking spices, brioche buns, creamy toffee, meadow herbs and minerals.
