Description
Viticulture
Vineyards with an area of 9.07 hectares.The local soil, consisting of limestone, clay, sand, marl, crushed stone and gravel, is ideal for growing Chardonnay. The average age of the vines reaches 55 years.
Vinification
Natural fermentation with natural yeast.
Wine aging
Upon completion of malolactic fermentation, the wine matures in large 500-liter French oak barrels, 20% of which are new, for 12 months.

Wine storage capacity exceeds 10 years.
Tasting notes
Wine of brilliant golden color. The wine shows a rich, full-bodied, clean, refreshing taste with notes of candied orange, apricot and spices, creamy texture and persistent, refined, long aftertaste with fine minerality. hazelnuts, fudge, vanilla and mint nuances.
