Description
Viticulture
Plot of 0.026 ha with calcareous clay soils. The vines are 40 years old. Harvesting is carried out exclusively by hand at the end of September.
Wine aging
The wine is aged in new French oak barrels for at least 12 months.
Tasting notes
The wine is golden in color with slight greenish highlights. The taste of wine is full, concentrated, enveloping, with a harmonious structure and a long, caressing aftertaste. The wine has a multifaceted, complex aroma with hints of dried pear, white raisins, warm muffins and sweet spices.
