Lime-clay soils. The vines are 45 years old. Harvesting is carried out exclusively by hand in early September.
At the winery, the fruits are pressed and then fermented with natural yeast in steel tanks.
The wine is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, of which 30% are new.
Wine of light golden color. The taste of wine is rounded, full, with a silky texture, fruity-citrus accents and subtle acidity in a long aftertaste. Elegant, fresh aroma of wine reveals hints of peach, apple, citrus and white flowers.
