Description
Vinification
Harvesting is carried out manually when the berries reach optimal ripeness. The fruits are gently crushed using a pneumatic press. Pre-fermentation maceration is followed by fermentation for 20 days and malolactic fermentation.
Tasting notes
Transparent ruby red color. The refined aroma meets with a scattering of berry shades with notes of spices and spices. The taste is soft, fruity, with subtle subtle tannins and a balanced elegant aftertaste.
