Fermentation lasts 2-4 weeks and takes place at a controlled temperature in oak barrels, 60% of which are renewed annually.
Aging in new oak barriques is 18 months.
Vintage 2018 is recommended to start tasting 4-5 years after release.
The wine has a beautiful, brilliant golden color. The taste of wine starts with a light attack, but then acquires a good amplitude, richness and creamy texture. Notes of boiled pear and apple are complemented by soufflé nuances. The aftertaste is fresh, long, precise, moderately sweet. Surprising with its tenderness, the aroma of wine perfectly combines notes of apricot and candied melon with the nuances of aging in barrels.
