Vinification

After harvesting, the grapes are fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28-30 °C for 30-35 days.

Wine aging

The wine is aged for 15-18 months in oak barrels, of which 70% are new. The potential of the wine is at least 15 years.

Tasting notes

The wine shows a deep purple-black color. Conquers rich, enveloping, juicy, fruity taste with soft tannins, fresh acidity and a long, spicy aftertaste. The luxurious aroma of wine is woven with notes of plum jam, black and red currants, complemented by hints of slate, tree bark and black pepper.
