Viticulture

The total vineyard area of ​​Chateau La Mission Haut-Brion is 25 hectares, of which red varieties occupy 21 hectares, the soil under the vineyards consists of deep (in some places up to 18 meters) gravel, interspersed with thin layers of clay. Planting density: 10 thousand vines/ha. The grape harvest is done by hand.

Tasting notes

Wine of intense red-garnet color. Concentrated, generous taste of wine is gaining strength gradually, filled with abundant fruit tones. Refined tannins support a charming aftertaste. The aroma of the wine impresses with maturity, density, complexity and pronounced fruitiness.
