The vineyards are planted on 39 hectares of land, the soil of which contains fine gravel. The average age of vines is 30-40 years, they are grown with a density of 8300 vines per 1 hectare.
Harvest for making wine is harvested by hand, and then fermented in steel tanks with controlled temperature. Within 4 weeks, the maceration process takes place, after which the wine is poured into oak barrels.
Aging for 12-18 months.
Storage potential-25-30 years.
Deep purple color with a pink tint. The taste of wine is generous, well-structured, incredibly balanced, tight and energetic, with hints of juicy black fruit that blend nicely with hints of oak, chocolate, spices and new leather, hints of vanilla and a sweet, dense aftertaste with notes of candied fruit and blackberry compote. Intense, multifaceted, very attractive aroma of the wine is filled with floral tones (rose petals), hints of blackberry, pomegranate, plum, cedar and mint.
