Harvested by hand, carefully sorted, selected and separated from the ridges. The must obtained after soft pressing is fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrels.
Exposure for 12 months is carried out in French oak barrels. Wine storage potential is 5-7 years.
Brilliant ruby color. The aroma is dominated by tones of red and dark fruits, veiled with a transparent haze of shades of vanilla and caramel. Elegant rounded taste with a light texture and a soft fruity aftertaste with hints of oak wood.
