Fermentation is carried out in neutral containers, and malolactic fermentation is carried out in wooden vats.
The wine is aged in French oak barrels, about 50% of which are new, for 18 months.

Wine of deep ruby-garnet color. The wine shows a generous, rich, full, rounded taste with a silky texture, notes of blackcurrant, plum, blackberry, tobacco leaf, cedar and spices, with fine-grained tannins and persistent aftertaste. The complex and multifaceted aroma of wine harmoniously intertwines shades of blackberries, figs, cherries and sweet cherries with spicy touches of laurel and mint.
